There are simple laser printers as well as multifunction machines available for this print engine. Toner is being gravity fed into the drum units which all contain fuses that reset the pagecounter in the printer at the time of insertion and will stop the printer from operating once the number has been reached.

Re: lexmark x125 printer cartridge complaint empty ink dry problem error

occasionally i have had luck, getting the cartridge to come back to normal, by dabbing it on a wet napkin for a minute, to get the ink to start coming again.

Re: lexmark x125 printer cartridge complaint empty ink dry problem error

me 2

Re: lexmark x125 printer cartridge complaint empty ink dry problem error

I changed comment systems, http://dominiclemire.blogsp... said,: I agree, I have 2 different Lexmark printers and they have the same problem. No wonder why they give them for free with new computers, they know they will make their money with the expensive cartridges that dry out in two months.

Laser is good, even black&white. I need color 2 or 3 times a year, but it gives me a reason to visit the nice ladies at the copy store. I get a smile and a professional equipment for a few bucks instead of frustration for a 50$ cartridge.
